By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you through the Service (for example, via an in-app banner or email) and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
TotalCorner provides football (soccer) data, statistics, line movement, analysis tools, alerts, and community features. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
The Service is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. Match data, statistics, model outputs, predictions, lines, and any user-generated content are not betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any future outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service. We do not facilitate, accept, or place wagers, and we do not operate any betting market.
The Service is not available in every country. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may restrict or block access from regions where the Service or any feature is not permitted.
We strive to keep the Service running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product reasons. We are not liable for any loss you suffer from a temporary unavailability.
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are between 13 and 18 you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), you must not use the Service.
You can create an account using your email address or a supported third-party identity provider (such as Google). You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. An account is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not transfer, sell, lease, or share your account with anyone else.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at win@totalcorner.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
Each individual may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotional offers, or evade enforcement actions is prohibited and may result in suspension.
When using the Service you must not:
(a) Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
(b) Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
(c) Post content that promotes illegal gambling, fraud, or other criminal activity;
(d) Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
(e) Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without our prior written consent;
(f) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent applicable law forbids such restriction;
(g) Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or other users' enjoyment;
(h) Use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or conduct phishing;
(i) Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, promotional offers, referral rewards, or to circumvent restrictions;
(j) Resell, rent out, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent;
(k) Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems.
The Service may allow you to post comments, analyses, images, and other content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting Your Content you grant TotalCorner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise use Your Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content, (b) Your Content does not infringe any third-party right, and (c) Your Content complies with these Terms.
We do not pre-screen Your Content but may review, modify, or remove any content at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law, or is otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to monitor user activity.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to win@totalcorner.com including: (i) a description of the copyrighted work, (ii) the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service, (iii) your contact information, (iv) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and (vi) your physical or electronic signature.
Purchases made through the mobile app are processed by Google Play Billing. The terms of Google Play, including its refund and subscription policies, apply to those purchases in addition to these Terms. We do not have direct access to your payment instrument; we receive only the order confirmation and the funds remitted by Google Play.
Purchases made through our website are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's checkout terms apply to those transactions in addition to these Terms. We do not store your full payment card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play "Subscriptions" screen (for app purchases) or in your Paddle account portal (for web purchases). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing for some subscriptions. Eligibility, duration, and conversion terms are disclosed at the time of offer. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the auto-renewal terms in Section 6.3 apply. We may withdraw or change promotional offers at any time.
The Service may include virtual items, balances, or in-app credits (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold; have no monetary value outside the Service; cannot be exchanged for real-world money, goods, or services; and are non-transferable. You have no property right, title, or interest in any Virtual Item. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time. Unused Virtual Items expire when your account is terminated and are not refundable.
All purchases are final unless a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law or by the policies of Google Play / Paddle. To request a refund:
- For mobile purchases: contact Google Play support directly, which handles refund requests on our behalf.
- For web purchases: contact Paddle support, or reach out to win@totalcorner.com and we will assist.
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may vary by region. We may change prices at any time; price changes for renewing subscriptions will be communicated in advance as required by Google Play, Paddle, or applicable law.
The Service and all related content (excluding Your Content) — including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and data compilations — are owned by TotalCorner or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or our content, other than the limited license described below.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without any obligation to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from "Settings" → "Account & Security" → "Delete Account", or by emailing win@totalcorner.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, created risk to us or other users, or for any other legitimate operational, security, or legal reason.
On termination: (a) your right to access the Service ends immediately; (b) we may delete or anonymize your account data, subject to retention required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention and audit); (c) any unused subscription period, virtual items, or balances are forfeited unless a refund is required by applicable law or by Google Play / Paddle policy; (d) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, and 15.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) match data, statistics, predictions, or any user-generated content will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the Service will meet your requirements.
Sports data and any analysis or prediction provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or to produce any particular result.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TOTALCORNER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS PERSONNEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TotalCorner, its affiliates, and their respective personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law, or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Google Play, Paddle, Firebase, third-party identity providers, advertising networks, and external websites). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Including a link or integration does not imply endorsement.
We may send notices to you by email (to the address associated with your account), through in-app messages, or by posting on the Service. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that the communication be in writing. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of SIAC for the time being in force ("SIAC Rules"), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this section.
The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and TotalCorner each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action against the other, and disputes must be brought in your or our individual capacity.
EEA / UK / Switzerland Exception. If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may alternatively bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you reside, as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
California Opt-Out. If you reside in the State of California, USA, you may opt out of the arbitration agreement in this Section 14 by sending written notice to win@totalcorner.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and TotalCorner regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on the subject.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the original intent.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely. Any unauthorized assignment is void.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls in case of any conflict.
